Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between COFCO and Tianjin Municipal Government was signed in Tianjin on November 2. Mr. Dai Xianglong, Mayor of Tianjin, and Mr. Frank Ning, COFCO Chairman, were present on the signing ceremony.
On behalf of COFCO and Tianjin Municipal Government respectively, Mr. Patrick Yu, COFCO President, and Mr. Huang Xingguo, Member of Standing Committee of CPC Tianjin and Executive Deputy Mayor, signed the Tianjin and COFCO Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement. The ceremony was host by Mr. He Ronglin, Secretary-General of Tianjin Municipal Government. COFCO senior executives Mr. Xue Guoping, Mr. Sun Zhongren, Mr. Shi Zhuowei, Mm. Liu Ding, Mr. Qu Zhe, Mr. Wang Jinchang and others were present, too.
Mr. Ning and Mr. Dai delivered speeches on the ceremony.
Mm. Zhang Gaoli, Member of Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee and Secretary of CPC Tianjin, received Mr. Ning and the delegation. Mm. Zhang expressed warm welcome to Mr. Ning and the team, and spoke highly of and gave strong support to COFCO’s investment in Tianjin.
